Before completing the form:

  • you have to be an ONT resident or non-resident homeowner / townhome owner
  • please review our Eligibility Requirements to ensure our team is the right fit for your swimmer.
  • once you have reviewed and understand the eligibility requirements, please complete our NEW FAMILY INTEREST FORM.

  • April 12: Parent Informational Meeting | 4:00 PM @ SportsCore Clubhouse (707 Asbury Dr, Aurora)

  • April 13: Team Registration Opens (Current & New Families)

  • May 26: New Swimmer Evaluation | 4:00 – 4:45 PM @ Oakhurst North Pool
